Lego Wooden toy sailing boat by Christensen 1935ff
This wooden sailboat was made by master carpenter and Lego founder Kirk Christensen (at this early stage as part of his family workshop).
Until the 1950s, Lego in Denmark only made wooden toys. An absolute mega rarity and a must for the serious collector. Amazingly well-preserved original condition. Some dust.
Also known from "Bares für Rares" (although the TV show only offered a subsequently edited, poorly polished piece). I'm listing more Lego antiques so you can save on shipping!
The item comes from a non-smoking household - this is a private sale from a collection - and basically there is no obligation to take it back. Please check the numerous photos for condition. The goods are packed with particular care.
