Complaints and exchanges In the event of an incorrect delivery, you are naturally entitled to a free exchange within 14 days. Should you wish to return an item, we will work together to find a fair solution; however, please note that we offer only privately owned, used goods for sale. This means your purchase is binding, though you do have the right to exchange the item within 14 days—unless the item is a work of art.
