Delivery Terms (Switzerland): The items offered are generally kept in stock so that we can supply you promptly—often on the very day the order is received. Otherwise, our online shop system or our team will inform you of the estimated delivery times. Delivery times are normally 1–2 working days for A-Post and 3–5 working days for B-Post. These are estimates based on experience and may be influenced by various factors. A delay in delivery never results in a reduction of the sales price. We only make partial deliveries after consultation with the customer. Delivery is carried out via the postal service.

For shipments to Switzerland, packaging and handling costs (for both Priority and Economy services) are included in the shipping price; these fees are waived for orders with a paid value of CHF 2,000 or more. You select the shipping method (Priority or Economy)—based on weight and item characteristics—during the checkout process, and we will accommodate your choice whenever possible. This also applies to Express or courier deliveries. Please note that additional charges may apply for manual processing or bulky items (e.g., cylindrical packages containing rugs, or artwork/frames exceeding 1 meter in length or width).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Terms (Europe): By default, we ship packages via Economy service. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. If you specifically require Priority shipping, please indicate this in the "Comments" section when placing your order. International shipping is charged based on a flat-rate fee. Packaging & handling (Priority & Economy): CHF 20.00 (Switzerland) and CHF 30.00 (Austria, Germany, UK). Shipping and packaging costs are waived for orders with a paid value of CHF 2,000.00 or more. Customs clearance and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices All listed prices are in Swiss francs. We are currently unable to show statutory VAT.

Payment Terms: Payment may be made online using one of the available payment methods (PayPal), via prepayment (bank transfer), in cash upon collection, or by invoice with a payment slip. Please settle the invoice amount within 10 days of receiving the delivery. If you wish to pay the invoice in cash at a post office counter, please add an extra CHF 3.00 to the invoice amount to cover our administrative costs. Thank you.

Retention of Title: The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Images and Dimensions: We aim to present the products we offer as accurately and true-to-life as possible. Nevertheless, the images are intended to create an atmosphere without distracting from the product's specific features. We provide dimensions and weights (measured by us) as approximate values; these are intended solely to assist in your decision-making, as deviations from the actual figures are inherent to the nature of the products. We generally hold the rights to the images (or have purchased them or received them from the manufacturer free of charge), and their use by others is strictly prohibited.
